📣 We are happy to announce that in the Second Edition of the Manager’s Academy, 13 employees from all our business lines have started workshop classes: Urszula Krawczyk, Ewelina Lewandowska, Weronika Niedźwiedzka, Patrycja Ryngwelska, Maciej Kozłowski, Dariusz Pawłowski, Elżbieta Czapla, Kacper Kalinowski, Ewa Kędzior, Karol Wydra, Mateusz Jan Misiewicz, Mateusz Skalny, Piotr Ziajor.
The Academy is led by Mikolaj Budzynski – Business Coach, Mentor and Consultant – Practitioner and theoretician with a gift for imparting knowledge in a memorable way.
We kicked off this edition with the “My OzN Colleague” Workshop led by Magdalena Hebdowska and Michal Nowakowski of Fireflies Foundation. Our organization employs about 200 people with disabilities – people whose work we value immensely, and by raising the awareness of our Management Team, we are on our way to building an inclusive organization.
