🌟 A year of dynamic development behind us! 🌟
The first year since Rafal Baranowski joined ATALIAN Global Services Poland as President is behind us. Summing up the year is a good opportunity to highlight how tremendous changes have taken place in the company in this short but intense time. Thanks to the vision, action, motivation and commitment of CEO Rafal Baranowski, we have achieved many important milestones together.
The most important activities that we had the pleasure to co-create are:
📈 Focus on service quality and development of customer base – we have strongly focused on the quality of services provided to existing customers and acquired new ones, diversified in terms of the industry represented,
🤝We have expanded our network of business partners, which has significantly expanded the range of services we provide and reduced delivery times,
🔧 Streamlining and digitizing processes – we implemented new applications and automated key business areas, which accelerated communication and administrative processes,
🏅 Building a strong brand in the FM market – our activities contributed to increased trust and recognition among customers and industry experts:
– We joined the Polish Council of Shopping Centers and the Polish Council of Facility Management – PRFM ,
– We actively participate in industry events, including conferences organized by Facilities and Cleaning Expo.
📣 We have strengthened the area of Employer Branding – we have implemented more effective tools, and openness to dialogue has allowed us to improve team collaboration and faster decision-making,
👔More care for the Employee:
– We care about the development of our Employees – Manager’s Academy, ATALIAN Global Services Poland as Main Partner of the Mentoring Program hashtag#Include Mindfulness Fireflies Foundation, industry training,
– We are expanding our employee benefits program,
– We have implemented onboarding processes using the Gamfi app to seamlessly integrate new team members,
– We are building an inclusive work environment.
This year is proof that change, while not always easy, brings real benefits and helps us become better every day.
