Today, we celebrate the International Day of Persons with Disabilities – a day that reminds us of the importance of equal opportunities, respect, and accessibility in all aspects of life, especially in the workplace. 💙

– Adapted workplaces: We ensure that workstations and office spaces are appropriately adjusted.
– Training and education: We organize workshops to raise awareness about diversity and inclusion within our teams.
– Partnerships with supporting organizations: We collaborate with foundations and associations advocating for people with disabilities. For example, we are the Main Partner of the #WłączUważność Mentoring Program by the Fireflies Foundation.
