As ATALIAN Global Services Poland – the main partner of the mentoring program #ActivateMindfulness, organized by the Fireflies Foundation, thanks to the support of President Rafał Baranowski, we are proudly and enthusiastically supporting initiatives that connect people with disabilities with business.
The 3rd Edition of the program is a unique opportunity for us to be part of a project that is genuinely changing the way we think about collaboration with people with disabilities. Together with the organizers, mentors, and mentees, we aim to build an environment where diversity is a strength and barriers – both mental and social – are broken down. This edition is particularly special for us – among the mentees are Yuliia Smirnova, Ewelina Kaczmarek, Ewelina Zięba-Wolak, Lucyna Wawrynek, and Mateusz Jan Misiewicz. Among the mentors, we’ll meet Małgorzata Ozdarska, who is taking on this role for the second time.
We hope that participation in this program will be an inspiring and transformative journey for all involved. We are proud to support such initiatives and watch how words turn into concrete actions.
