

On January 16 and 17, the next meetings of the Manager’s Academy were held, during which we explored the topic of sales under the motto: “We can all be salespeople.” The workshop was led by the irreplaceable business coach Nicholas Budzynski, who in an inspiring way showed that sales is not just a sales department – it is a skill that each of us can develop and use in our daily work. During the workshop:
🔹 We discussed key aspects of effective sales and building relationships with customers.
🔹 We worked with practical examples, learning how to spot and take advantage of sales opportunities.
🔹 We exchanged experiences and good practices that will help us respond even better to market needs.
The special guest of the meeting was President Rafal Baranowski, who summarized the company’s achievements, its position in the Group and plans for the next year. It was a time full of inspiration and motivation for further development! 🚀
The workshop was attended by 14 employees from all our business lines.
