📅 Last week we held TOP 30 – a meeting of our team’s key leaders to summarize our activities and results after Q3, discuss activities for the rest of the year and set goals for the upcoming 2025! 🚀
It was a great opportunity to reflect on what we have achieved. 💡 The past months were full of successes and valuable experiences, which are the result of the commitment, cooperation and innovative ideas of the entire team. During the meeting, we also discussed our plans and strategy for 2025. 📈 We also summarized the results of the TOP30 survey on identification with the company, emphasizing both the strong foundation of ATALIAN Global Services Poland’s work culture and the need for further development to meet the expectations of our clients and colleagues.
We are full of energy to continue to grow and build the success of our organization together. 💥 We have an exciting road ahead of us, which we are embarking on with a clear vision and great enthusiasm. 🚀
Once again, our meeting showed what a strong, close-knit and growth-oriented Team we are.
