ATALIAN strengthens its position in the United States by acquiring two new companies: Suburban Integrated Facilities and Centaur Building Services. These new acquisitions enable the Group to expand its geographical coverage to 9 new states and increase its service offering. ATALIAN began developing its operations in the US in 2016 and now covers 24 states.
ATALIAN has acquired the 55 year old Suburban Integrated Facilities which offers cleaning and technical maintenance services. The company, which is based in Braintree, Massachussets, operates mainly in the North-East of the US (Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Virginia) and provides its services to a variety of sectors: offices, education, biotechnology, municipalities and industry.
ATALIAN has also acquired Centaur; a family-run company founded in 1985 and specialized in cleaning and technical maintenance. With headquarters in Saint Louis, Missouri it operates across 8 states in the Mid-west and South (Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Kansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Tennessee) and provides services to clients from a variety of sectors such as offices, medical, industry, educational and banking.
