On June 6, a workshop on ESG topics was held for ATALIAN Global Services Poland managers.
ESG is a strategy covering three key areas:
– Environmental (Environmental) – reducing energy and water consumption, managing waste, using green materials and technologies, and minimizing CO2 emissions;
– Social (Social) – ensuring safe and healthy working conditions, tolerance for diversity, and ensuring employee and customer satisfaction;
– Corporate Governance (Governance) – implementing transparent management practices, adhering to business ethics and implementing anti-corruption policies.
Workshops are designed to increase employee awareness and competence in sustainability and responsible management. For our clients, providing services in accordance with ESG is a great added value, confirming their position among the leaders of the Facility Management industry.
