📣 We are proud to announce that the first edition of the Manager Academy has come to an end! 🏆 It was a unique opportunity to acquire new skills, deepen knowledge, and exchange experiences among an incredibly dedicated group of participants: Agnieszka Smolnik, Ewelina Zięba-Wolak, Ewelina Kaczmarek, Agnieszka Jóźwin, Marzena Bujas, Yuliia Smirnova, Małgorzata Koniak, Mariusz Lisowicz, Damian Barciński, Damian Lubański, Maciej Knopczyński, and Norbert Świątek.

During the Academy, we focused on key areas of development, such as:

âś… Change management and tackling challenges in a dynamic environment.
The culmination of the Academy was the ceremonial awarding of certificates and prizes, during which we summarized the participants’ achievements. It was an evening filled with pride, inspiration, and joy from the results achieved. 🎉
👏 We would like to thank everyone involved in organizing this program – its initiator, CEO of ATALIAN Global Services Poland, Rafał Baranowski, the organizer and HR Business Partner, Małgorzata Ozdarska, the Academy lead – the invaluable business trainer Mikołaj Budzyński, as well as the special guests, Tech FM Director Bartosz Jodko and Operational Director of Cleaning Tomasz Pańczyk, and all the participants whose energy and openness created a unique atmosphere during the workshops.
