We focused on getting closer to our clients, enhancing employee competencies, and improving process efficiency. Thanks to the new vision and the commitment of the entire team, we achieved many important milestones together, and now we can proudly highlight the key achievements that define our path for the future.
π Focus on Employee Competency and Process Development:
- We strengthened the management team and technical staff across all regions.
- We implemented new applications such as Gamfi and Saldeo and automated key areas of operations, which significantly accelerated communication and administrative processes.
π Safety and Quality:
- We conducted dozens of health and safety training sessions in each region.
- We achieved ISO 9001 recertification for the next 3 years, confirming the high quality of our services.
- We implemented the iAuditor by Safety Culture software for quality and safety control.
π Care for Employees and an Engaging Work Environment:
- In the Manager Academy, we develop talents, and through the mentoring program #ActivateMindfulness, we connect business with people with disabilities, supporting the professional development of employees.
- Using the Gamfi app, we professionally manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee promotion processes.
- We expanded the range of employee benefits.
π Collaboration with Clients and Sales:
- We regained the trust of our strategic clients, continuing and, in some areas, expanding the scope of cooperation for the coming years.
- We focused on improving the quality of services for our existing clients while also starting collaborations with new entities from various sectors of the economy.
- We revised our sales strategy and product offering.
- We implemented a new CRM system.
- We increased the visibility of our brand in the market by participating in numerous industry events, including conferences organized by Obiekty and the Cleaning Expo trade fair. We joined the Polska Rada CentrΓ³w Handlowych (Polish Council of Shopping Centers) and Polska Rada Facility Management (Polish Council of Facility Management).
- We developed our competencies in the logistics sector, more than tripling our presence in this area.

- We started the full migration of chemical products towards fully eco-friendly alternatives.
- We optimized fleet usage by introducing the Ecologic.io system and replacing it with more eco-friendly models.
- We developed ESG initiatives, implementing sustainable solutions throughout the supply chain.
π Compliance: We implemented a national compliance plan ensuring full legal compliance with both external regulations and group-level policies in all areas of our organizationβs operations.
