The 1st Pilot Edition of the Manager’s Academy will start any day now! Developing competencies and building a path of employee development is becoming one of the important elements in Atalian Group in Poland. This is a series of three two-day meetings, which will be held in a training and workshop formula. The academy will cover the topics of employee management and customer relations. Its main objectives are:
– To expand knowledge and skills in the aforementioned topics, in order to make daily work easier, give more satisfaction and bring business benefits.
– To develop competence in building customer relations and do-selling on contracts.
– Improving personnel management skills.
– Professional conduct of recruitment and onboarding processes.
– Expanding knowledge in various areas of Atalian operations useful on a daily basis at work, e.g. communication and support for people with disabilities.
